MY1996 is a website for the sale of ready-to-wear clothing and accessories accessible via the Internet and open to all users. As part of its activity (selling and delivering products), MY1996 collects personal data from all users, whether or not they are customers of the https:// my1996.fr website.

In order to carry out its services of selling ready-to-wear articles, MY1996 must collect certain data, if the user does not communicate them then MY1996 will not be able to carry out the sale of the products. ARTICLE 6 - USERS' RIGHTS TO THEIR PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Articles 14 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, any natural person using the MY1996 website has the right to exercise the following rights:
- The right to access, rectify and delete collected data,
- The right to object to the Processing of their data,
- The right to restrict processing,

- The right to define directives concerning the fate of your data after your death.

MY1996 undertakes to assist users in exercising their rights. Requests will be dealt with as quickly as possible, and at the latest within the time limits set by legislation.

ARTICLE 7 - DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Certain data may be archived after the aforementioned period, for the purposes of researching, establishing and prosecuting criminal offences, in order to make them available to the judicial authorities.
Archiving implies that this data will be anonymized and will no longer be available online.
The deletion of your personal data from our active database will be followed by a period of intermediate archiving of certain personal data in order to satisfy our legal, accounting and fiscal obligations, and also to be able to manage your claims and requests for possible guarantees, within the limits of the applicable prescription periods.
