HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
1 - Check that your return complies with our returns and refund terms (see below).
2 – Click here to access the return portal then indicate your order number and your email address.
3 – Select the item you wish to return and indicate the associated return reason* then validate your return request.
* In case of return for "Defective item" or "Wrong item received", your request will be subject to validation.
4 - Choose a refund method* : either via an exchange or on the payment method used when placing your order.
* Via an exchange; return is free and reshipping costs will be charged to you
* On the payment method; return costs will be deducted from the refund.
5 – Print the return label received by email and stick it on your return package.
6 – Send your return : Go to the post office or the nearest collection point.

3 - Choose a refund method : either via a credit or on the payment method used when placing your order.
4 – Print the form, fill it out and include it in your return.
5 – Submit your return : Based on the times and schedule of the click & collect that you initially received.
Returns & Refunds Terms

Please note that we inform our customers that returns must also comply with the following conditions:
- Do not remove labels
- Do not wear, use or wash the item
- Do not return a damaged, soiled or spoiled garment.
- Do not leave any marks, animal hair or odors on the garment (makeup, cigarettes, perfume, etc.)
- Perfumes: they are not returned or refunded.
- Shoes: the sole must be intact (no signs of wear).
Try the shoes on a carpet or a smooth surface. Any return of a pair of shoes with a worn or damaged sole (even slightly) will be refused.
- Underwear: tights and bras are not accepted.
If these conditions are not respected, the return will not be accepted, our customer service will contact you to offer to pay for a return label again in order to receive your package again.
If the delivered product has been used, damaged or is not in the same condition as at the time of delivery, no refund will be made. Our customer service will contact you to charge you again for a shipment to recover your order.
In order to obtain a refund, you can make a return within fourteen (14) business days from the delivery of your order . We will not accept any returns after this period.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. They will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount after your return has been processed.
The price varies depending on the country from which you are returning the package:
- France = €6.90
- Belgium / Luxembourg = €8.90
- Spain / Italy / Portugal / Germany / Netherlands = €9.90
We are aware that these rates are high but they reflect the reality of the rates we are subject to. However, we are working to offer you more affordable prices soon; but we do not want to do so at the expense of service.
refunds
Refunds will be made at your choice:
- via the allocation of a credit which will be generated and affiliated with your account, which you can then use during your next orders on the website.
- via the payment method used when you paid for your purchase.
Example: If you paid for your purchase via PayPal, the refund will be made via your PayPal account.
If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be re-credited directly to it.
We have 14 days after receiving your return to process it.
Reimbursement by bank card:
Once we have refunded your order, it will take 5 to 10 business days (banking delay) for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Reimbursement via credit or gift card:
Once we have processed the refund for your order, the funds are credited automatically.
MY1996 reserves the right to make a deferred refund until recovery of the items concerned by the right of withdrawal or until the customer provides proof of shipment of the items.
