Conditions for returns
keyboard_arrow_downFor your return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
• Tags must still be attached to the product.
• The item must not have been worn, used, or washed.
• The item must not be damaged, soiled, or impaired.
• The garment must show no marks, animal hairs, or odors (makeup, cigarette, perfume…).
• Perfumes: returns are not accepted.
• Shoes: the sole must be intact, without any signs of wear. We recommend trying on your shoes on a carpet or smooth surface. Any return with a marked sole, even slightly, will be refused.
• Underwear: tights and bras cannot be returned or refunded.
If these conditions are not met, the return will be refused. Our customer service will contact you to offer you the option of paying for a new label if you wish to retrieve your package.
If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, no refund will be issued. A new shipment may be offered with a contribution to shipping costs.
Timeframe for returns
keyboard_arrow_downYou have 14 calendar days from the delivery of your order to request a return and drop it off with the carrier. After this period, no returns will be accepted.
Return Fees
keyboard_arrow_downReturn shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. They will be automatically deducted from the refund amount after processing the return.
Rates applied by country:
• France: €6.90
• Belgium / Luxembourg: €8.90
• Spain / Portugal / Germany / Netherlands: €9.90
For other countries:
Unfortunately, our returns portal does not support these destinations.
Therefore, you will need to return the item by your own means, via the carrier of your choice.
Remember to fill out the paper form (Click & Collect) and include it in the package, so that we can identify your return upon receipt.
We are aware that these rates may seem high, but they correspond to the actual costs we incur. We are actively working to offer you more advantageous solutions without compromising on service quality.
REFUNDS:
Refund Methods
keyboard_arrow_downTwo options are available:
- Refund to the payment method used for your order (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Refund as a credit, directly applied to your customer account, usable on your next orders.
If you paid for all or part of your order with a gift card, the refund will automatically be re-credited to it.
Processing and Refund Times
keyboard_arrow_downWe process returns within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your package at our premises.
• Credit card: banking delay of 5 to 10 business days after return processing.
• Store credit or gift card: refund is credited immediately after validation.
MY1996 reserves the right to defer a refund until the items are actually received or until proof of shipment is provided.
