You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after this period.

All returns must be submitted exclusively through our online returns portal.

Once your return request has been approved, a return label will be generated for you.
Simply attach it to your parcel and drop it off at a post office.

💰 Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The following fees will automatically be deducted from your refund:
• France: €6.90
• Belgium / Luxembourg: €8.90
• Spain / Portugal / Germany / Netherlands: €9.90

For all other countries:
Unfortunately, our returns portal does not currently support these destinations.

You will therefore need to arrange the return yourself using the carrier of your choice. Please make sure to complete the paper form (Click & Collect) and include it inside your parcel so that we can identify your return when we receive it.

Yes, these costs may seem high, but they reflect current shipping rates. We’re working on finding better solutions without compromising on service. 🤝

🎯 Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, the item must be:
• New, unworn and unwashed
• Returned with its original tags attached
• Free from odours, pet hair, marks or stains
• In perfect condition and ready to be put back on sale

❌ Some products cannot be returned:
• Perfumes
• Underwear (bralettes, tights)
• Shoes with marked soles: please try them on a carpet or smooth, clean surface

If these conditions are not met, your return will be refused. You will then be given the option to purchase a new shipping label if you wish to have the item sent back to you.

💳 Refund Options

You can choose between:
• Store credit: valid for 3 months and redeemable on a future order
• A refund to your original payment method (card, PayPal, gift card, etc.)

ℹ️ If you paid using a gift card, the corresponding amount will automatically be credited back to it.

⏳ Refund Processing Times

Once we receive your return, please allow:
• Up to 14 business days for your return to be processed
• An additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank card, depending on your bank
• Immediate processing for refunds issued as store credit or to a gift card

MY1996 reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned items have been received or proof of shipment has been provided.
